We apply a proven methodology to our projects and offer two different consulting approaches.

Methodology

Together, we set-up the project team, define the governance structure and run the project kick-off workshop.
We sit with your experts to review your current process and identify the gap with Service-now.com, if any. The outcome is a list of requirements captured in our Service-now.com dedicated instance (we eat our own dog food).
Inspired by agile development approaches, we build a first prototype, reviewed and refined in a series of configuration and validation runs.
Involving IT teams in acceptance testing is key to get their feedback and have their buy-in. They will be using the solution every day after all! This phase is also the opportunity to perform a last dry-run before going live.
One of the key project phase. Service-now.com’s usability and consistency fosters quick and lean training of the IT agents. Freeing you up from the tool, you’ll be able to spend more time on your operational processes.
We are almost there ! For this last sprint, we developed « the GO focus days », a set of activities that will ensure a smooth go-live and transition to operational mode.
Documenting a project is always a challenge and can be time-consuming. We automated the production of technical documentation to focus on real added value work.
