Standard Admin Training on 15th to 17th Feb (Nyon)

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Understand key concepts of Service-now.com
- Understand Service-now.com product and data structures
- Understand and manage developments
- Be able to perform standard configurations
- Be able to build workflows
- Be able to configure the Service Catalog
- Be able to administrate the system
- Understand where to find additional information
As a reminder: Standard admin training has been extended to 3 days to match with the latest ServiceNow content/agenda. It will include more time on Service Catalog and Workflows.
Note that these courses will only be held if we have a min of 4 participants.
Fee is 1650 CHF per participant for the 3 days course including lunch.
