Dedication (ok… fanaticism!)

We are dedicated to Service-now.com, for us the most innovative solution for managing IT services.

When implementing ITSM systems in previous lives, we worked with different applications… then we needed to go very fast for a specific project, we selected Service-now.com… and fell in love! We decided to create Aspediens to share our passion of Service-now.com with our customers. That’s our only business.

Agile

We are lean and agile, and believe we should work that way with our customers.

Service-now.com is a Web 2.0 application in all aspects. It is easy to use, simple and fast to implement. We also behave as a “company 2.0″. We want to be easy to do business with. We are not interested in selling a maximum of consulting days… we just want our customers to become autonomous as soon as possible with Service-now.com, meeting their objectives and time lines at the lowest costs… and more!

We are green (we love apples)

We try to be environmental friendly. Internet is the development and delivery vehicle of Service-now.com. We also use the full power of the web to deliver our services, whether it is for configuration activities or running short workshops and training. We offer a Web 2.0 project management environment on the Net, to share all projects’ information with our customers, asynchronously, in a true open collaboration approach. Being green helps us being lean and agile… or is it the other way round?

Our people

Traditionally speaking, all our consultants are ITIL V3 certified and we also have PMI certified project managers. But more important for us, our people live our lean, agile and green values. They love to share their knowledge with our customers and they grow while doing it. They will also challenge requirements, propose cost effective alternatives and create a true trusted and long term relationship. Most of us have a background in big consulting firms and multinational companies.

Some facts

Headquartered in Geneva and Paris, Aspediens was founded in 2004. First dedicated to ASP solutions, we embraced in 2006 the ITIL trend. Today we represent Service-now.com and deliver innovative methods and tools around it through Continental Europe. It is our bread and butter, it’s what we know, it’s where we excel and most importantly it’s what we enjoy doing. We have worked with more than 20 customers on Service-now.com implementations, serving tens of Service Desks, thousands of IT personnel and tens of thousands of business users around the world.
